RETURNS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with any watch purchased from this website, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full or partial refund.
To qualify for a refund, watches must be returned to us in the same condition that they were dispatched.
While it may be tempting to unwrap your watch and get it on to your wrist as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you leave the protective film in place if you are unsure that you wish to keep it. If any protective film has been removed, or there are any signs of wear on the watch, bracelet or strap, it may affect your rights to a refund.
If any damage is found upon the watch being returned to us, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund in order to cover the cost of rectify any damage or replace any damaged components.
When issuing a refund, we will deduct a fee equivalent to £12GBP/$16USD to cover shipping costs.
If your pre-order has not yet been dispatched, you are entitled to a refund at any time prior to dispatch.
Please note that if you make a refund request we cannot refund or reimburse any customs duty or local sales taxes incurred. If we incur any customs duty or taxes upon return of the watch these may be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS PROCESS
If you wish to exercise your right to return your watch within the 14 day returns period our returns process is as follows:

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will contact you typically within 48 hours and provide a shipping label for you to return your watch to either our manufacturing facility in Switzerland or to our headquarters in the UK

Once we receive the watch, it will go through our inspection process to determine its condition, which will be categorised from Grade A to Grade D – Grade A returns will qualify for a full refund less shipping costs, whereas Grade B to D returns will result in a partial refund

Following inspection you will be notified of the Grade and the amount to be refunded. Please note that it can take 7-10 days from receiving the refund confirmation for the payment to be processed by the card issuer.
REJECTED DELIVERIES
If the delivery is rejected (if you have changed your mind or because you do not wish to pay local customs duties or import taxes) the courier will contact us to arrange for the watch to be returned at our expense.
Once we receive the watch back safely it will go through the same returns process described above. Where packaging has been unopened we would usually expect a full refund to be made less a fee equivalent to £12GBP/$16USD to cover the outbound and return shipping costs.
If you have paid and customs duty or local sales taxes prior to rejecting delivery, please note that these cannot refunded or reimbursed.
