WARRANTY
We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why all MONCEAU watches come with a 2 year international warranty valid from the date of delivery. This warranty is transferable providing that the new owner provides proof of the original purchase.
The warranty covers any mechanical fault and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will arrange for the watch to be returned to us for a free of charge repair.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage or cosmetic damage

Mechanical failure where upon inspection there is evidence that this failure has arisen as a result of accidental damage

Water damage due to failure to maintain water resistance by ensuring that the crown is fully tightened as shown in the product manual

Over-winding
-
Magnestism of the movement

Issues from adjusting the date wheel when the time is between the 10.00pm and 2.00am positions

Bracelets or straps
If your watch does not appear to be working correctly, please contact support@monceauwatches.com and one of our team will typically respond within 48 hours. If we can’t help you to resolve the issue, we will provide you with the details of how to return the watch as part of our warranty programme.
Please note that any service or repair work carried out by anyone other than us or one of our authorised service centres will invalidate this warranty.
